Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. Store credit may be issued where applicable.

Orders may be canceled before shipment at no charge. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Special-order, non-stock, and custom items are non-returnable.

Important notes :
* RMA numbers are valid for 5 days. The return must be shipped before the RMA expires.
* Items must be securely packaged. Damaged items will not be accepted for a refund.
* Include a copy of your return-request email inside the package.
