Return Policy
You will have 10 business days after you receive your order to let us know that a return or exchange needs to be done. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee (plus shipping charges), or a store credit will be issued.
You may cancel an order if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, and you would like to cancel the order, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee, and you are responsible for shipping .
If the item was SPECIAL ORDERED (special / specific items, or non-stock item), then the item is NON-RETURNABLE.

Important notes :
- The return item(s) must be packaged securely to avoid any damages incurred during transport. CBW will not accept damaged goods for refund.
- Kindly include a copy of your return request email inside the package to help us process your returns more efficiently.
- The RMA number is valid ONLY for 5 business days and the return item must ship to us before RMA expires.
