Return / Exchange
  You will have 15 business days after you have received your order to notify us that a return or exchange needs to be done. If you need to return an item and it was not SPECIAL ORDERED (special / specific items, or non-stock item), there will be a 25% re-stocking fee (plus shipping charges), or a store credit will be issued. If the item was SPECIAL ORDERED (special / specific items, or non-stock item), then the item is NON-RETURNABLE.
You may cancel an order if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, and you would like to cancel the order, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee, and you are responsible for shipping .
